Follow the M5 to Exeter. At Exeter continue on M5 and take signs for Plymouth A38 (43 miles). Pass Plymouth, cross Tamar Bridge and continue through Saltash Tunnel.

Stay on the A38 to Trerulefoot (6 miles). After low bridge, proceed to the roundabout. Take 1st exit: left onto A374 (Torpoint/Looe). In one mile turn right onto A387 (Looe). Stay on this road; Looe is 6 miles.
Turn left into Looe (Station Road) and proceed through Looe, crossing the bridge over the Looe River. Stay on the A387 for 2 miles, up a long hill. At the top of the hill you will pass a left turn for Talland Bay; stay on the A387, and in half a mile turn right at brown road sign, “Kilminorth Farm Holiday Cottages”. Follow this road for 0.8 miles, until you see a tennis court on your left.

We are the next left, over the cattle grid and into Kilminorth.
